This test assesses a candidate's ability to manage a team.  In particular, part of the questions in this test are based on the Hersey and Blanchard model: Situational Leadership and cover the themes of conflict management/communication, 1:1 management, delegation, decision making and goal setting. The test combines the evaluation of theoretical knowledge and practical know-how through concrete work situations.

Paul-Louis was also instrumental in developing Everoad’s strategy and communicating it to investors, which culminated in the sale of Everoad to Sennder in spring 2020, which then bought the European operations of UberFreight and became a unicorn in early 2021.
